Oh My God,I don't know from where to start.. ok let me come to the point one by one. Rules and regulations are not same for every employees. there are 200 employees over there, but... 10 -15 employees work for 11 hours when the other employees work for 12 hours; moreover they have individual desktop but in other departments employees have to share the desktop. Management will expect a large amount of output from you, but they won't provide system for each employee. Some of the employees don't work properly they spend their time by gossiping, making fun but the manager don't take any action against them as they are very close to him. They can eat anytime, they can laugh loudly. Salary structure is not decent,they offer only 6k for a graduate student. They don't give salary hike every year, but they will surely promise you that they will do, which is a fake commitment....Read More

They don't encourage an employee at all You will be pressurised by saying you are not working properly, If you talk to an opposite gender guy, they will say there is something about in between you and that guy.

Like -NOTHING DISLIKE-Salary scale er kono maa baap nei. Old employees are getting less salary than freshers.. A so called contractor commonly known as a" local gunda" Doing whatever he wants to do, out of the company rules,but our coward management don't take any step against that particular contractor cum gunda U will be assured that ur salary will be hiked.
