Likes

Great set of people to work with. Improved my technical skills under the mentorship of some of the craziest tech crazy people. Boosted my confidence in becoming a better developer and inculcated leadership skills in me which I lagged before joining here.

Dislikes

Esper might hire some of the best tech talents out there in the market but they are poor at people's management. Upper management takes not so sensible decisions and keeps changing the internal working team structure. From engineering point of view the deliverables kept changing during a quarter which showed how much clarity the engineering head and the leads have. Poor communication skills from people's team and bit of office politics can be witnessed by this team. Overall I can say is great team to work with but poor upper management taking the charge....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
