I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Grate place for freshers, lots of learning lessons, you will gather many experiences. Helpful teammates.

The building looks good, the interiors are good, washroom was also clean. I can't find any other good things in this company.

Dislikes

It's like a ocean. Where to start, 1) A 3rd class management. 2) Forget about work life balance. you've to work at least 11-12 hrs daily. 3) No hierarchy in a team. TL is everything, he's GL, TL, HOD, Manager, Director. He's everything. 4) Forget about leave. 5) If you're mentally ill then it'll be perfect for you otherwise they'll arrange that environment for you. and there are many more.

Support from senior leaderships, exposure to new tools and techniques, on-time salary, yearly appraisal is what I enjoyed the most while working for Esolz.

Dislikes

Sometimes, due to tight project delivery timelines employees have to work for extra hours. Again, that is there in every company. So, can't say that I disliked it.
