The growth and learning opportunities are ample and unlike MNC's, they offer you the grounds to share your thoughts, ideas, and opinions and you have a platform to be heard. The HR, Riya Dhingra is a gem and one of the finest HR's I have ever come across. VP, Gopal- one person to look up to. People are nice.

Management- Shockingly it is the directors and upper management which sucks, I wish I could name them but those 2-3 people who hold almost no knowledge and still act as if they are your boss, dude, it is going to leave you with no good employees at the end, if the upper management only continues to behave like this.

I can interact directly with the owner of the company who has the complete knowledge about the product. As it's Ecommerce, so I get the opportunity to interact and understand the fundamentals of e-commerce with popular market places such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra.
