There are fixed 10-15 people in the top management who control every decision. The HR is totally non-empathetic, non-cooperative & extremely non-professional. If you on a medical leave they every one think that you are enjoying & chilling at home, they will never care your emotional your personal feelings they will only scold,pressured you.
