Likes

Being the first company of my career I have been enjoying the work and exposure of the manufacturing industry, the fact that its growing into a full fledged MNC and updating its existing practices and environment is something I like about working here.

Job security - Excellent
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

The company does not value its staff as much as I'd expect from any big manufacturer. The staff isn't getting basic amenities like a proper canteen with decent food or a proper break room with 24x7 services.
