1. Professional work environment all scrum rituals followed meaningfully. 2. Good co-operative teams. 3. Some good managers. 4. Some interesting projects.

1. Recently started following service company like approach. 2. They hire for technologies they do not have project for then make people learn and work for existing projects. Most proji are in dot net. Java and python developers should not join. 3. There are some really good managers as well but some managers are more like miss managers and the developer bears the brunt.
