Nothing much to like about in the last 3 years. I loved what I was doing but the management was in need of a puppet. Time was good when it was controlled from Hyderabad. The moment it came under a Franchisee the downfall started.

Dislikes

Many. 1. The Management. Directors of the Kolkata Centre. Didn't have any sense of how to run a well oiled machine. For the sake of making they will go to any extent. Didn't think twice before withdrawing service to the students. They were better in insulting employees for satisfying there ego. 2. Toxic work culture. 3. Toxic teamheaded by the 2 Senior Counsellors in Park Street and Jadavpur Centre respectively. 4. Wrong commitments to the students. 5. I don't like anything here. No national holidays given to employees. When you don't come on time n work for scheduled eight and a half hours,still your salary will be deducted. Even if u come on time,you are forced to work extra hours sometime even 10hours without any extra pay. You don't get leaves if you are not well. Your salary can be deducted or even you can be terminated even if you show medical certificates. The torture level by the managers have no limit....Read More
