Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Nothing much to like about in the last 3 years. I loved what I was doing but the management was in need of a puppet. Time was good when it was controlled from Hyderabad. The moment it came under a Franchisee the downfall started.

Many. 1. The Management. Directors of the Kolkata Centre. Didn't have any sense of how to run a well oiled machine. For the sake of making they will go to any extent.
