They will kill you mentally. Even though you do alot of work they will still on the one small mistake you made. Lots of employees are resigning from their and joining other companies and they say ESAF was worst . You will never get an approval for your hard work. Work time is you should work from morning 8:30 till night 10:00pm i even worked till 11:30 one day

Work Life Balance is a Big No. Field Jobs are good . But not paid enough for the job. Forced to work on Holidays . Even in national holidays like Independence day and Republic Day. Working Hours are 9 to 5.30 but often work starts from 8 to 7pm

One of the best company but the company's Senior was so much harrasment about to pay money for the CUSTOMERs installation, there are so much pressure the BM get so much problem to employee its such a basterd BM. They don't want to employee having lunch. Many peoples came to bank for disbursement but the BM has take money from customer and take into the pocket for night drinking party. Its such a bad thing in esaf small finance bank. And some employeee is sided to ABM bcoz 1 of the ABM employee i.e Dnyanesh lohakpure is the one off the cheapest guy in the world. Who borrow to the employee for money. And can't be refund, if anyone cant give him money they said, (thik hai ab tera tu dekh lena, kaise fatake lagata to)
This kind of ABM in this CDBR branch. He is so useless person noone can respect him out of branch. And he is come with new employe for recovery they take money in his pocket and laying and said you will take into your pocket. Not me.. Very useless guy is this.
If any one whos worked in HR is viewing me post then please action on this guy otherwise he will finished your bank soon as possible. And save others employe for this kind of phases....Read More

Bad work environment and culture. Teammates are no supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are bad, appraisals are fair and they give low salary hike and no bonus every year.
Dislikes
There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 14 months before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
