1. Poor R&D management 2. Terrible infrastructure 3. Most of the TLs and Managers has no technical knowledge on what they are managing in the project. 4. R&D manger is good at hiring wrong people and firing good people. 5. They don’t follow any standards when it comes to salary, they just ignore employees contribution. 6. They accept all of the projects from overseas and ends up with delivering nothing in the end. 7.
