So far it is 5 days working but talks are on to make it 6 days working

Dislikes

No transparency on decisions taken. Management only imposes decisions. HR is for namesake. If you are favored by your boss everything will work fine for you otherwise you are thrown around. No clarity on job role/ function. Everyday new things are told
