Ambience environment of work culture with management leadership where work life is balanced and ample opportunity of growth to learn multiple angles beside the possibility to cultivate and invent new phases with huge data to analyze.

Dislikes

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
