Workaholic people like me get lot of job to do. Other prefer to delegate their part of the job. It keeps You busy

Dislikes

Wok life balance, No interest of management for skill development training's for the employees. Limited opportunities are utilized by the higher management & their blue eyed members. There is no more job security. There are lot of non-performers enjoying the top positions with fat salaries due to blessings of management.
