You will get good work life balance in this company and that is one reason why many employees want to stay in for long time.

Skill development is average .You will not get any learning platform access like Udemy or Coursera ( you need permission to get access as they will buy license and will have to provide reason as well ☹). There inner learning platform is not that effective. Salary hike is low in single digit only so don't expect much here .Also promotion is dependent on the position available which can take years .

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
