1. Too much of unnecessary policing in regards to break timings. PS - They even check how long you have taken the break and question you in case you take your lunch early 2. Unsupportive Managers unwilling to change or accept mistakes - will blatantly blame you even if you haven't been involved in the task and will are not at all open to accept change or apply any new process for process improvement 3.
