Eras Tech number one fraud company in south kolkata. It is hard to believe that a company with professional behavior at the time of recruitment, would harass the employees in every possible way. After the completion of any project, they pressurize the employees to resign without notice. But I found out why they do so, It's because they don't to pay the employees their hard earned money. He keeps on promising dates for full and final settlement, but misses it every time, giving illogical excuses. I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
