I found very unprofessional behavior during the interview process. I saw students roaming the campus without an ID card. I really did not like the work culture. University should be taking initiative for following objectives 1. Students Id Card 2. Branding 3. Hospital and University Department names shall be Specific. 4. Shall develop the library. 5. Students' soft skills to be improved. 6. Faculty and non Teaching Staff development program to be initiative. 7. Classroom equipment and practical-based classes shall be conducted. 8. I did not work. HR dept has called me for the Interview from Delhi, during my interview process I found the university has required so many of work for the real establishment of the university as per UGC and NABH .

Work environment is above average. Pros- 10-5 job. (OT extra) This place is only for fresher's. Fresher's can learn new things here. Free-Breakfast+Lunch/dinner* + Tea Cons- No room for learning new things or carrier development. (For experienced persons) They have 3 Months probation period in which you can leave with 7 days Noticeperiod. If you leave after completing probation period then the notice period is of 3 months or they will ask for the salary of two months.Then only they will award your experience certificate. They will start deducting 10% of your salary every month as guarantee untill it would be equal to your 2 months salary (starting salary). Just 30 min for lunch. They don't acknowledge your experience.Starting salary is same for all. No job security & medical benefits even when you're in Medical University....Read More
