I Immensely liked working in equitas when I joined while the management was very different and focused into employee skill development. They gave each and every employee equal benefit to grow and showcase their own talent. The mentorship was also different which helped lot of employees sticking around with the bank. There was no risk of job.

Dislikes

Lately there was a sudden switch of management which led to biased behavior with staffs, filing the vacant positions with their own references and colleagues, lack of proper mentorship, and an attitude of dictatorship which led to lot of attritions.

Work Details

The beginning was really good with a different management where I got a chance to showcase myself and prove my abilities, but the latter management was pathetic. So overall decent work life balance.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
