Dear Friends i would like share my experience with you Bank is a good but leaders are having their own integrity issues There was no place to sit and work. Hand holding is not at all there. Some of the leader's have not yet matured to handle the team and bank has given them such valuable role for which they are not yet all fit. Leaders are good for nothing Equitas existing senior employees are also behave like they know everything but they dont know anything except basic things which new joiner's know They dont hand hold the people and also they dont know what needs to be considered for conformation however they postpone the confirmation. This is purely showing that leaders are spoiling employees life, in turns this is spoiling equitas bank name and fame But our RSM was to good i have never seen such kind of personality in my life befor, he was supported lot, thank you sir Thank you everyone...Read More
