The only reason I am still working here despite all other cons. It's work life balance. No one would you to stretch for a day or in the weekends.

Job security - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

No onsite opportunities. No CAB facility for pickup. Poor Appraisal. Appraisal would be 5 to 7 % for all. Irrespective of your current salary. Products are not migrated with latest technologies. So no opportunity for new technologies to work with. Poor career growth. I have been working for more than 6 years and still no promotion.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
