Mandatory leaves, that to team leaders will fix the leaves for employees, Work life balance, working on week end the company don't pay for work and food,only week off for employees

Worst team in the Equiniti (Bank of Ireland) Guys don't join the team, very very very worst Manager (Ann mariya) she don't care of any employee in the team, totally 15 members of team members has left the job just like that from both the location Chennai and Bangalore, so they are hiring the people to put in the hell and no knowledge growth, carrier progression, treating all the employees like slave, This is the worst ever organisation HR and Team manager are acting in the same way with the employees and they have blocked all the allowance, to Bank of Ireland team members, Treating the women employees with out respect if the women raise the voice for anything in the team just they terminate without reason, this totally unfair, even the HR supporting for this activities.Kindly be safe before joining this team and ask the senior members how the team works not with managers and team leaders and HR all are sailing in the same Boat. Hr suganthi in Chennai is just useless. She is not worried about anyone else but her. When candidates join it’s better to educate companies expectations rather than giving false promises. I was told something after I joined i was told something when asked with suganthi she said why did you waste my time. ? What about my time that is wasted here. I wouldn’t have joined somewhere else.

I gave 1 rating only because of the Finance team which is the worst in this company. We have to send them so many mails, even after that also they wont reply. its very difficult to reach to someone in finance team both in chennai and Bangalore. night shift allowance are not paid on time and even after sending so many mails, they don't give a damn about replying. its our money we are asking, not yours lazy idiots., If higher management is seeing this, ask your finance team to have somee courtesy to reply. we are not working for free here. especially the US staffs are the ones who are suffering because of their carelessness. Good work environment but worst management especially Nalini. IJP hikes are so biased that performing candidates don't get good and feet lickers get high package.

The HR in this company in Chennai location is more worried about her attrition than employees feeling. She doesn’t take any action on any employee even if someone is abusing other employees. All she does is make the person send an apology letter. The transition manager hires only his community people. When higher management is going to realise he is recruiting only his community people. High time he needs to be removed from IJP panel Cafeteria is the worst in both TRILL and DLF. Especially US shift wont have quality food. We cant voice out our opinions. They have so called peak on which is supposed to be anonymous but the managers and leads easily find out who has put that comment and they target us very easily....Read More
