Good work environment but worst management especially Nalini. IJP hikes are so biased that performing candidates don't get good and feet lickers get high package.

A**ho**s like Nalini .who only favour women employee and try to micromanage by saying should not talk and what dress to wear should be taken action on ..orelse this company won't survive as many agents are leaving jobs or searching new one because of her.

The HR in this company in Chennai location is more worried about her attrition than employees feeling. She doesn’t take any action on any employee even if someone is abusing other employees. All she does is make the person send an apology letter. The transition manager hires only his community people. When higher management is going to realise he is recruiting only his community people. High time he needs to be removed from IJP panel Cafeteria is the worst in both TRILL and DLF. Especially US shift wont have quality food. We cant voice out our opinions. They have so called peak on which is supposed to be anonymous but the managers and leads easily find out who has put that comment and they target us very easily....Read More

I sat for nearly 10 mins to think of something I like about Equiniti and nothing really comes to mind.

Dislikes

It only looks great on the outside but the work culture and the leaders inside are horrible. It kills an ambitious mindset with all these petty minded people around. Those EQ values are the biggest joke. No one knows the values themselves or neither can they explain what it is. The whole point is we get marked for our PDR on this lmfao making no sense. It’s funny how the main part (handling critical shareholders with care) is not considered important but the rest is. I’m just here because I love assisting my shareholders and learn everything about the share market on my own. Workspace is the worst, AC’s are constantly off, Air quality is pathetic, we literally had Diwali smoke come through the vents. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES. Management is very old school handling new age people. The moment you stand up against their word, you are marked down and micro managed forever. Let the new ways of work culture take over. It’s not employee friendly and it doesn’t consider the mental health of the employee. The leaves restricting are high and it’s not flexible for the CEC process employees. I have been in voice process previously in other companies but the pay scale is really low compared to the organisation

I gave 1 rating only because of the Finance team which is the worst in this company. We have to send them so many mails, even after that also they wont reply. its very difficult to reach to someone in finance team both in chennai and Bangalore. night shift allowance are not paid on time and even after sending so many mails, they don't give a damn about replying. its our money we are asking, not yours lazy idiots., If higher management is seeing this, ask your finance team to have somee courtesy to reply. we are not working for free here. especially the US staffs are the ones who are suffering because of their carelessness. 1. As a newcomer or the person who puts the best efforts for equiniti, what you expect - good compensation, climbing the hierarchical ladder. Just to let you know both will not happen due to the old school/ complicated process. 2. What do you think would happen if you take this up to your manager - Resolution ? No it's a brainwash to let you know that's things would work the same way as it is meant to be and you have to adhere to it. 3.Leaving everything aside, thinking from a saint's perception without considering money and hierarchy, If you look at the whole process it is old school and to be honest from the bottom of heart it is not rewarding and worth the attempt. - Worst Management - No growth in the CEC UK Voice process - Cafeteria seems like Admins are involved in corruption and the cafeteria contract signed to random vendors. No good hospitality and service. - Team leaders over here are really toxic and they will never allow you to grow up organically. - Team leaders piled up all the evidence against a employee to rate down the agent on PDR ratings intentionally to get more share on LTIP fund. If genuinely few agents are rated down its fine. But if you look at the statistics 75% of the employees are rated below 3 so they will not be eligible for LTIP....Read More

It’s been 2 and half year in this organisation and am still searching a good reasons do i have any likes in this organisation. But still i cant find any valuable like in this company and even with my current process. Only Like - Shift Timing ( since headquarters is at UK we are urged to handle UK peoples so thats the reason the timing is slightly likable )

~ As per the market, Voice support for the inbound calls get good pay and they get multiple opportunities to build their profile and skills, but if u r here you are unlucky to build your skill or you wont get any additional opportunities. - Only reason i am here is to pay my bills even though the work is toxic. ~ Secondly when it comes to work culture, both on shore and off shore people do the same process , even we offshore people from india do more work than UK reps but still we are treated bad as per pay, work load, opportunities. Indian employees are treated like a dog when there are leverages provided for the UK employees. ~ When it comes to operations team we do have multiple operations team and we (CEC) are one among them, but we are micro managed by the leads if the leads get any questioned by their superiors. And we dont get any mental peace but they always send a mail regarding mental health development even they dont allow our process people to attend those seminars or those team calls.
