There is no work life balance, very bad work culture and no process they are following ,role responsibilities not defined .Manager (Indian, working from US) used to shout so badly in front of all in all meetings with out giving proper support or not trying to understand the problems which team is facing. Top management needs people who prefers bossy culture. Lots of politics, people here ruin other's career to climb up the ladder. No job security, people are fired without a hint. All good people have left the company. Currently iteration is on the peak.

I have been part of Equifax for a year. Where I did not have any architect works rather they have given developer role along with fresher for module delivery. No one from India office aware what is going for any project delivery except onshore. The entire office build for overall support and maintenance, also there is no support from offshore management though they are not worried about any other area....Read More
