EQS has a good work culture and flexible working environment. I have been working here for more than a year now, the work life balance is great. We have a very supportive colleagues. All employees are treated equally . Overall a great experience so far. Really happy to be part of EQS!

Need improvements in providing training to the employees. (for new tools etc)

Excellent work-life balance. Have definitely given me opportunity for both lateral and upward career development. The culture at EQS is the best I've worked.
