Am a very recently joined employee. As far as I have experienced EQS is a very good place to have your career even for a fresher as well as for experienced people. You will get to work with very cool colleagues from different parts of the world which will expose you to lot of best practices and incorporate a lot of good things from others. No one here will command / assign you to pick up your tasks. you can choose your own tasks. Quality and best practices is of top priority. people here love to share their knowledge you will have regular knowledge sharing sessions were any body can present and everybody can learn. EQS is open to feedback and for improvement. And you do not have to be scared of making mistakes. people will help you and guide you until you get a hold of it without any judgment. There are many people who have stayed with the company for a long term. EQS is based on very niche domain (Reg Tech) and you will get lean about this domain if you are new to it.
