1 - There are both product and service oriented development happening at EQS. So, as a developer, you can choose the one that fits you better. 2 - Flexible work hours. You can take a break in between, and nobody usually questions it, if you manage to deliver the committed work without much slippages. 3 - Nobody asks why you took leave.
