There is a well structured roles and responsibilities matrix for the engineering team and primarily in my role I focus on ensuring that each of my engineers have sufficient space and direction for their personal and professional growth including regular 1:1 meetings, inhouse / external trainings & certification, team bonding activities and constructive feedback which is always a 2 way discussion. There is a well structured escalation path available within the company which can be initiated by any of the employee at any time and the suggestions or grievances are promptly addressed in due course of time, so nothing to highlight as of now. There was a recent revision of salaries to match the changes in market owing to the pandemic based on the feedback from the team. There is also a regular proactive skip-level meeting that senior management & HR is very particular about to have direct feedback from employees....Read More
