Good infrastructure, Job Security, Salary appraisal, Free free lunch and cab facility. Best is the Group health Insurance. I would say best company to work with, but due to bad managers, company is losing its resources. Attrition rate is too high in Email Marketing team

Dislikes

Politics, Micro Management and No Work-Life balance due to odd shifts. There is no growth unless you treat senior leadership team, praise them and do night shifts.

Worst Management, Due to management epsilon is losing its reputation ( too many vp, directors are there even though not needed so many) because of their high salaries epsilon is having one digit profit and doing layoffs to junior employees.

Out manager is worst whatever we do they tell it is wrong and there is no encouragement. Always discriminating on the work we do somany are suffering like this in the company but they are not telling it. On top of the managers check properly what they are doing how they managing. No proper KT will be provided once joining the project. One day they will provide food that is also too worst. No hike will be provided for years if you do the work and complete the tasks also they will put in below target in year end review. Managers don't know how to train employees and properly use them. They will get awarded by discriminating us and they will get increment on it and they will get position change for it. For 24x7 project if a person is in night shift then he/she no needs to go to office. I like this.

There is no job security. They r terminating people just informing them over call at that day itself. They did not notifying before.
