weak management, organizational structure still under development, corporate policy is not firm and not properly enforced. Unprofessional management with lack of clarity on chain of command, role and responsibility, one man show type organization, autocratic leadership and lack of maturity of top management.

Company's MD is very genuine, full of motivation and very inspirational personality who is listening well to all for individual and company growth
