Nothing to like about. Working in EPPM is terrible no employee rights, no fair treatment. All employees are treated like machines. No support during this COVID19 period, everyone shall continue doing their job no matter whats the working condition.

Dislikes

Hell lot of politics, racism and discrimination. Salary delayed and allowance pending for more than a year. No growth, no training and no appreciation. Work to survive only, until finding another opportunity.

Work is of my interest but due to management issues, it becomes a burden.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
