Before joining company see the problems: 1)Poor working culture and you have to work late every day so your time will 8 to 8. 2)Salary deduction every month 3)No salary slip providing 4)No canteen service not good 5)No washrooms available in n company for female 5) Not a single responce fromHR department after joining 6) If you traveling for company they paid that money after one month</mark>. Dislikes

Policy should be employee-employer friendly and not one sided. Compensation and benefits should be reviewed at equal intervals. Few tax exemption benefits should be extended to taxable employees which is not extended as on today. Timely availability of resources is a big challenge.

Not good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is not ok. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are not too good, appraisals are fair and they not give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
