I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

never seen the main office of EPOCH the appoint me on call for the client location , never responded on time for any query .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

LATE SALARY LATE SALARY LATE SALARY.. Salary gets credited once in every 2 or 3 months.. and puts you in a work bond of 2 yrs. ITS TERRIBLE and you have to spend your entire life here with help of multiple credit cards. Wherever be the project ONSITE/OFFSITE you wl get salary Very very late. NOT RECOMMENDED TO JOIN HERE. HIGH ATTRITION RATE.
