So called MNC marred with typical office politics which is meagerly based on pulling others down instead of encouraging them to grow. Worst Man management that I've seen with totally incompetent HR department... Work life balance is Ok if you're willing to settle to a below average profile.. YOU WILL NOT GET A DECENT CAREER UNTIL YOU BECOME A BOOTLICKER OF TOP MANAGEMENT... No transparency or employee centricity... You might as well be jobless than work under the current management. If you a person who can butter people, you may work here. But there is no respect for elders, or veterans nor people who want to give their best to company. There is nothing good working there. They will promote people even if they don't have calibre as they have buttered people.
