1. Timing is flexible but __ 2. Good exposure to PLM software like Team center, 3. If u r interested new skill training is provided, 4. Work is kinda okay. 5. Over experience is average.

1. but ppl insist u on working more than nine hrs. Ppl in higher position are more focused on micromanaging than mentoring the juniors, 2. TC training is provided by an automated scenario videos where u don't actually understand anything unless u start working .. instead of watching those videos if someone explains the options we understand better. Or on project training is even better. 3. New skill training is provided but the trainers will have basic knowledge u will end up knowing basic things which u can't even mention in ur resume. 4. Mostly feels like documentation work as a mech design Engineer u will not be working on anything related to design. All creation of CN CR or replacing screw nuts or any other minor parts , and if u r working on any new product development the. U will just be doing the drawing of components like a draftsman, seniors don't even care to transfer product knowledge. 5. If u r a contract employee then all the best u will be doing all backend supporting work no product training is provided not included in any team building activities such as team dinner / lunch or product meetings, u will just be working working and ur manager will remember you only while ur billing and utilisation is low. Even in hybrid working u r asked to come all 5 days to work unlike the on roll employees. 6. All overseas ppl will be having control over the design n u will be doing thier backend work.
