The company is a dinosaur but thinks its an iPhone. Meetings about meetings... no agenda and no actions at the end. Another meeting? Of course! No accountability on senior management for inept acquisitions and a total absence of strategy and direction. Senior management entirely unqualified to be in leadership role in the 21st century.
