Micromanagement I have worked in this company(Bangalore,Ind) for 16 months and its was the worst time for me so far in my career.It is better no to joint if the offer is for IT (Network, server, cloud mgmt, DB,Info sec).It is headed(dot line manager) by a person who turns from a system admin background who doesn't have any management or tech skill other than pleasing the higher management.They should hire good managers and directors, not someone who is good in selecting floor mats or cafeteria design.HR is totally biased and will not even turn up to listen employees issues. No job security and no quality work They will put employees under improvement plan even after giving higher performance ratings. The reasons mentioned would be out of the world, like no eye contact with manager, lack of commas and no space after periods on the mail. Same career goals for every year, no training,no documentation.Even the director of the department is clueless about road-map of upcoming projects ....Read More

Work Details

I was hired to this company after attending 4 rounds of technical interviews from the US panel.The work and expectation was to write mails without any punctuation errors. We were not supposed ask about the road map of projects

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
