1. **NO JOB SECURITY** Please...please stay/go ahead with an organization that is offering you better job security. EPAM India already fired a lot of employees with 0-day notice period and still doing it. 2. I worked there as an Android developer for a few years. There is mobility DEP Manager(Can't name here). He is a pathetic person and he doesn't know how to talk with employees. 3. As you already got a good amount on joining so no hike/minimal hike on appraisal. 4. They have a garage and other activities but all are just show-offs. You will not get any time to groom/present your skills at org. level. 5. **NO PROMOTION** The Recruiter will catch by saying that you may apply to get a promotion even within 6 months but it is all fake. To go from the promotion cycle you have to get approval from 2 colleagues project manager and manager (You know how good are indian managers :-D ). Then you have to do certain assessments and apply for some mock interviews and real interviews and during that also you have to do more project contributions.
