Job is not secure in Eureka Outsourcing Solutions. Work culture is worst. Don't talk about management there's no one who is supportive. Company policy is like terrible.

When you need help when you are facing some challenges there's no one who will help you. The policies are worst Eureka has made. No proper facilities they have given. Systems they have provided are worst. Management is not at all proper they don't revert your mail on time. Admins are rude with the agents. Work environment is not at all proper. Clean and hygiene is not proper of washroom as well as on floor desk. When an employee has given lots of efforts to save the process from wramp down then they should have to respect that employee who has save the management from huge loss. But then too they don't care about an employee who has given them 100% efforts. Bcoz in lockdown time they want the process to work from office. And the management has taken the decision to work 7 days ideally the official work time is of 9hrs. Management has taken the decision to work for 11hrs in a day for agents and for TLS we are work 12 to 13hrs in a day in office to save the process in lockdown as well but then too they don't respect their best employees....Read More
