Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I used to like this company a lot when I newly join in Envista Tech Innovative Service, The management was very friendly and the job was secure.

Dislikes

From past few weeks I can see Company started doing cost cutting, wont feel my job is secure, lot of politics, They started keeping eye 8 hrs a day, I don't think its a good place to work now.
