I was mostly surrounded by people who were workaholic, so in a way, good first circle. Its fantastic place for a fresher as most of the Sr. people there are incompetent, so umpteen opportunities of learning and no one will stop you doing additional work. If someone is capable of carrying end to end responsibility of a new project, he is free to do anything, which is possible under Sun.

Dislikes

The company is no vision, so there is no road map after managerial level. The culture is extremely suffocating & decision making is restricted. Company doesn't want to hire smart people, who can bring "change". I found all followers who are working there more 10+ years and doing the same thing and didn't posses any decision making authority after this long time spent. Overall its pretty ordinary company, though with a great heritage but absolutely no future vision. "Grapevine" level is probably highest in the industry....Read More

1.Poor work culture. 2.No scope of appreciation, increment. 3. I have worked 12 hour a day many times and have to attend queries, complaint's, and get there analysis for the product done on time. 4. I do receive appreciation emails from clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. 5. Lot's of work pressure. 6. Few sales people are not at all having any knowledge of the things they are doing and are now Managers over there just because of there work experience. 7. Backstabbing. 8. No respect. 9.
