Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow no promotion. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an indiviual's unique strenghts, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.There is no motivation here but hardwork is no useful.

My work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire product of accounting and day-to-day operations. Statutory compliance.
