The work life balance and the culture is the highlight. We're very comfortable with the team and the TL and managers.

Dislikes

Compensation. It's not upto the mark. Starting salary was very low. And they're giving annual appraisal only. Position change also is a concern.

Envestnet is a good place to work. The pros are high job security and great work life balance. Your life at envestnet depends on the team you were in some teams are way too good and a few teams are not quite friendly. One thing I like about envestnet as a fresher was they are very inclusive and you won't feel left out. You have free cab facility, Fun activities etc.

Dislikes

Like every other company there are some office politics that determine your perks and hikes. Not challenging work. Bond for 2 years. Slow growth and hikes are too low.
