Entrust Infotech deals with softwares and sollutions. The workplace is a very friendly environment. Growth in the core departments is based on FT tests and performance of the individual. During this pandemic, the company has been very supportive. Nobody was relieved of their job, infact recruitment is still in process. Salary was not reduced, however the yearly increment is being delayed. Salary package is average compared to the competitors but the annual increment is good. The company policies are excellent and each and every employee is being insured and taken care of. The working hours are not flexible but the job asks us to work more hours than the specified timing, not only during the pandemic but also during the normal times. Hectic not about the work but onsite manager always come up with a tight schedule who doesn't have any idea about project and team. This company makes even a process in to tedious process.
