- Having Good work culture, - If you having solid experience in US Accounting, Tax or Audit you have great negotiation power - Direct work exposure with end client as staffs are outsourced - No Boss - Slave culture - offer attractive package (mostly delends on your negotiations)

- They are paying low salary for a starter when compare to competitors - No proper policy and procedure for HR management and in other operations.
