Nothing, just stay away from this company. Your career will stagnate. There will be not opportunity and the worst thing you can be fired anytime.

Dislikes

Job stability. there are a lot of bad things to talk about this company. The worst thing here is job insecurity. You can be fired any time. If you are close to the US counterpart then you can be saved.

Work Details

Spent 4 years here. initially it was good I liked the role but as you spend more time the US counter part feel that we will take there rjob so they systematically create a situation that you will be in the line of fire.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
