Company is not organised at all, doesnt have policies in place and keep changing the guidelines quite often, you will always find your self confused

Good opportunity for recent graduates to learn and grow. You work in a professional environment interacting with Principal, chairman & teachers. The person who is ready to travel, is given an option to explore the market in various cities. Also, lunch is prepared and served daily to the employees, feels like home.

Dislikes

The incentive system can be enhanced to motivate the employees along with some team activities.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
