This company provides no increment. They make fake promises of the increment but don't fulfil the same. HR always tries to convince you to work on the same salary structure. Sometimes HR don't even bothers to reply you on a mail.

There are various dislike points. First of all if you worked hard and give your precious time to the company and in return they don't give respect to it. Secondly, the TSE School position is very bad role because they don't give any chance to rise in it. You stay there even if you are working for 4 -5years your profile remains same. Working at entab is average but the effort seems to be going in vain. During Covid 19 pandemic too,the office has actively invited all staff even though work from home was notified by IT ministry. This is terrible

the most disliking thing is that the office cares less about it's employees. When comes the miserable situations, it doubts it's own employees and exploits them. Even though works could be done from home,it is calling all its employees to office citing different clause and conditions.
