Manager of the implementation is the big pain for the staff he is very rude in behavior and always uses abusive languages with the junior staffs never appreciates . The manager from implementation don't even respects the girls also he passes many adultery comments on them also but everyone digests his words because they want a job and many are having family problems that is why no one replies him he passes comments on their parents and for relatives also. Each and every second day some one resigns from this department only because of him now many of the implementation staffs are looking for jobs very soon many will resign because its impossible to work under this person. So, it's a good company, but it's only about your salary and appraisal but if you talk about your job security so it's not as good enough I know they always looks for the better performance and you know they take test for their product to ensure with employees having a good knowledge about the product or not so here is a chance if you are not as a good enough in their point of view so they can fire you out without giving any notice period and I have been witnessed of this situation....Read More
