They real game begins after you join the company. The only skill needed to survive in this company is buttering with the managers so that you can become their pets (chamchas). Worst managers and worst management. Salary - "peanuts". The manager distribute their favourite pet's work to other employees so that they can just sit there and earn free salary. While the other employees do double triple work and goes through mental breakdown because they do not have other option.
